Following the 0.5mm pitch long high-frequency contact probe, we are pleased to announce the launch of the 0.4mm pitch long high-frequency contact probe.

The figure below shows the S-parameter waveforms during actual measurement. The range where S11 return loss is -10 dB or less is from DC to 46.1 GHz. The range where S21 insertion loss is -1dB or more is from DC to 45.2GHz.
The figure below shows the comparison with the conventional high-frequency probe (RI-028LA-03) for 0.4mm pitch. Despite the difference of more than 4 times the normal length, they have a comparable performance.
S-parameter data can also be provided using an electromagnetic field simulator.
